ILC's Automated Telephone System (ATS)

Our Automated Telephone System (ATS) is easy to use and available seven days a week, from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. It is set up to answer your questions and process your requests quickly. All you need is a touch-tone telephone.

Using the ATS Once You Are Enrolled

Once you are enrolled as an ILC student, you will find the ATS even more valuable. You can help yourself to ILC services and to information in your personal record simply by using your Personal Identification Number (PIN). You will automatically receive your PIN by mail with your first package of course material. Your PIN allows you to

  • confirm course enrolment
  • confirm that a course package was mailed to you
  • get your unit mark or your final test mark
  • inform ILC if you are changing your address
  • get the final mark for your course

Note: Your security is important to us. Do not tell anyone your PIN. ILC staff do not know your number. If you have lost your PIN, contact us and we will mail you a new PIN.

To enter the system, call 416.484.2704 in Toronto or 1.800.387.5512 outside of Toronto, and follow the instructions.
