A recent initiative of the GED testing service, the Employers of Choice program encourages employers to take a proactive role in helping employees reach their potential. Ontario is home to three Employers of Choice who have distinguished themselves by offering and paying for GED test preparation courses and on-site tests.

As Ontario’s GED administrator, the Independent Learning Centre at TVO facilitates the employer’s role by providing resources and administering the tests at the company site on dates selected by the company.
