Course Registration For Non-Ontario Residents
The Independent Learning Centre is the province's designated provider of distance education courses designed for independent study.
ILC courses are available to non-residents of Ontario:
- students from other provinces or territories of Canada
- students on study visas attending post-secondary programs in Canada
- individuals with work permits
- residents of other countries
