Course Registration For Non-Ontario Residents

The Independent Learning Centre is the province's designated provider of distance education courses designed for independent study.

ILC courses are available to non-residents of Ontario:

  • students from other provinces or territories of Canada
  • students on study visas attending post-secondary programs in Canada
  • individuals with work permits
  • residents of other countries
