How do I...?

Request a Transcript

The transcript lists the courses you have successfully completed with ILC, the final marks you earned, and the credit value of each course.

You can forward an official, original Ontario Student Transcript to a university, college of applied arts and technology, or an employer.

Note: Only your ILC courses will appear on a transcript that we issue. Contact your last secondary school to have your other course marks forwarded.

We need at least two business days to prepare these documents (not including time in the mail). We will mail one copy of the document to the address you indicate and one copy to you for your records.

Please plan ahead. ILC is unable to respond to special or urgent requests, even if deadlines for post-secondary admissions are near. ILC will not fax, email, or courier these documents or telephone the institution.

  • Please complete the Request for Educational Documents form and send it in by mail, fax, or in person.
  • Students can request two copies of their transcript after successful completion of ILC courses free of charge.
  • A fee of $10, payable by certified cheque, money order, or credit card will be charged for each copy requested thereafter.
  • If it has been more than 90 days since you withdrew from a course or completed a previous course and you have not sent back your returnable items, we cannot release a transcript.
  • We must receive all the outstanding items first.
  • If you have lost the materials, you will have to pay for them.
