Request a Progress Report
Please complete the Request for Educational Documents form and send it in by mail, fax, or in person.
- If it has been more than 90 days since you withdrew from a course or completed a previous course and you have not sent back your returnable items, we cannot release a progress report. We must receive all the outstanding items first.
- If you have lost the materials, you will have to pay for them.
Forwarding a written progress report to another educational institution or an employer
A written progress report is available after your marks for at least two units in the course have been recorded at ILC. A progress report contains your course average and the number of units completed.
Preparing a progress report
We need at least two business days to prepare these documents (not including time in the mail). We will mail one copy of the document to the address you indicate and one copy to you for your records.
Please plan ahead. ILC is unable to respond to special or urgent requests, even if deadlines for post-secondary admissions are near. ILC will not fax or courier these documents or telephone the institution.
Students can request two Progress Reports of ILC courses free of charge. A fee of $10, payable by certified cheque, money order or credit card will be charged for each Progress Report thereafter.
