Getting Help

The ILC offers a range of services to meet learners' needs, whether it's a request for a progress report, contacting a teacher, or advice on course selection.

The fastest way to ask for help from a teacher at ILC is by voicemail, fax, or email. You can download these homework resources (PDF, 57 KB).

Once your request is received, a teacher will get back to you in two to four business days. The teacher will make three attempts to reach you. Please be sure your request includes complete and accurate details about when and where you can be reached.
